Our noodles are Nishitan55's original blend.
Eggs are not used, so even those with egg allergies can eat it without worry.
We make the noodles in the restaurant everyday without additives such as preservatives and moisturizing agents that are normally used for ramen noodles.
Accordingly, our homemade noodles are free from a harmful substance to health.

Commitment to Soup

Our broth is made by simmering pork bones and chicken with vegetables over high heat for many hours.
We let the broth rest overnight, which increases taste, and squeeze out the broth without leaving any residue on the next day.
All these process of two days makes the broth rich and tasty.
We make ramen soup by mixing the rich broth with soy sauce or miso etc...
You will definitely become addicted to the soup with condensed umami!
